Your Personal Trainer plays an integral role in the success of your Holistic Vitality Program. Our Personal Trainers design every component of your Customized Fitness Program including Strength, Power, Range of Motion, Cardio, Balance, Agility, Flexibility, Posture, Recovery & Body Maintenance. In collaboration with our Naturopathic Doctors and Physical Therapists, your Personal Trainer provides the guidance, support and accountability you need to achieve your fitness goals and maximize results and performance while minimizing risk of injury.

Our comprehensive approach is called Life Performance, addressing all the essential components of physical health in each session, including Cardiovascular Endurance, Strength, Power, Elasticity, Posture, Flexibility, Range of Motion, Core Stability, Balance, Agility, and Breath.

Our Movement-Based Training emphasizes fundamental movement patterns and working the body as an integrated system versus isolating muscle groups, using linear equipment that dictates the path of motion, or following a circuit of weight machines.

Our Trainers are passionate about fitness, supportive and patient, and genuinely want to help you make a lifelong commitment to health. Physical Focus Trainers are educated beyond the standard requirements of other fitness clubs. In addition to their Personal Training Certifications, our Trainers are skilled in Athletic Conditioning, Senior, Post Rehab and Medical exercise protocols to accommodate a wide variety of ages, abilities and athletic goals, including those with injuries and special medical conditions.

Private Instruction is available by appointment any hour, seven days a week.

Our Standard One Hour Personal Training Sessions address all the key aspects of physical health including Posture, Flexibility, Strength, Cardiovascular Fitness, Balance, Agility, Functional Mobility, Breath and Core Stability. Forty-five and thirty minute sessions are streamlined to emphasize the most important aspects of each client's physical health and fitness in the shortest amount of one-on-one time.
