Our group classes are small in size so that we can provide individual attention and modifications based on your specific needs and abilities. Groups also provide the support, motivation and camaraderie to do more than we could ever do alone!

Class Details

Strength & Cardio Class: This class will focus on both your cardiovascular and physical shape. We will incorporate functional movements, strength movements and cardiovascular exercise to fill the hour with every tool your body needs to perform at it's maximum potential. The class will be designed for the beginner and intermediate client that is looking for a motivated group of individuals to help each other accomplish their weekly workouts. $20 / Members per Class; $25 / Non Members per Class

Total Body & Core Class: This group class is focused on developing fundamental movement patterns, core stability and overall functional strength. Bodyweight Trainers, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Qubes, Mat work and Resistance bands are used throughout this fun and dynamic full body exercise class. $20 / Members per class ; $25 / Non Members per Class

Recovery, Stretch & Yoga: Self-care and recovery work using Soft Tissue Therapy Balls and Rollers are combined with Yoga Poses and Range of Motion exercise. This is a must do class to speed recovery and to truly take care of your body! $20 / Members per class ; $25 / Non Members per Class

Zumba: Zumba is all about fun and fitness, with easy to follow movements choreographed to Latin inspired music. Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Zumba Instructor Melody Delshad says Zumba is the most fun she's ever had exercising in the gym. She will focus on making this class non-intimidating, appropriate for all ages and abilities, low impact, high energy, and an absolute blast!

If you want to make exercise more fun, are interested in sprucing up your fitness routine while learning a few new dance moves, or were a big fan of jazzercise many moons ago, then it's time to give Zumba a try! $18 / Class
