Large gyms are intimidating, noisy and cluttered. Our studio is small, comfortable and personable, providing a sense of support different from other health clubs. We've designed our studio to accommodate the physical abilities of seniors. In addition to free weights and machines, we utilize physical rehab equipment including stability balls, resistance tubing, foam rolls and balance boards to enhance functional fitness while addressing pain, injury, stiffness and posture. We also use elevated treatment tables, like those found in physical therapy clinics, for stretching and mobilizing clients who have difficulty getting up and down off the floor because of injury or pain.
