Teddy Montesano, Certified Holistic Health Coach, Certified Pilates Instructor
Teddy is a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of San Francisco. Her approach involves the idea of bio-individuality; there is no one-size-fits-all path to good health. What works well for one, may not be ideal for another. Teddy believes that there are many more pieces to the puzzle than eating kale and drinking green juice. In addition to health coaching, she is a Certified Pilates Instructor at Physical Focus Inc., teaching clients how to move their bodies using their core, which allows them to move through their daily lives without injury.

Having more than 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry and 15 years as owners and operators of Physical Focus Inc., Michael and Kasper have worked directly with hundreds of clients on a one-on-one basis. They share a deep understanding for what components should be integrated into a comprehensive wellness program and have carefully constructed an in-house team of professionals to provide each essential ingredient. Through the combination of their vast experience working directly with clients of all ages and abilities and their own lifestyles committed to health and fitness, Michael and Kasper understand what it takes to be fit and healthy, and will create and orchestrate the entire exercise and fitness component of your Personal Health Coach Program.
