Physical Focus is the largest studio in Montecito and has a look and feel unlike any health club you’ve been to before. Because Physical Focus combines a unique blend of fitness, Pilates and physical rehab equipment, it looks like a Personal Training Center, Pilates Studio and Physical Therapy Clinic all wrapped up into one. In 2008, we completely remodeled and added an additional 1000 square feet of space.

The first floor is a complete fitness studio for personal training and 24 hour member use. It consists of 3 Life Fitness Dual Adjustable Pulleys, Hoist Weigth Machines, free weights, medicine balls, and a wide variety of cardiovascular equipment each with their own TV/DVD/CD personal entertainment centers. Adjacent to the main floor is a semi-private room with Treatment Tables and Rehab Equipment. The first floor also has a front deck and private side deck for outdoor activities and two bathrooms with showers.  

The second floor has been expanded and completely remodeled with bamboo flooring throughout. It has ocean and mountain views, a private outdoor deck, and is used for personal training and pilates instruction only. It consists of Balanced Body Pilates Equipment, Gyrtonic Expansion System, Keiser Functional Trainers, free weights, medicine balls, treatment tables and a variety of cardio equipment including spin bikes, elliptical and arc trainers.

In addition, the second floor has a private treatment room for massage, physical therapy and accupuncture, with two additional bathrooms and a private covered side deck for outdoor activities.
