Total Body Fitness
We teach total body movement by merging flexibility, strength training, core stability, functional mobility, cardiovascular fitness, Yoga and Pilates into a new kind of total body workout. Because each type of exercise has the ability to improve our health and change our movements in different ways, our Total Body Fitness Programs combine all of the best elements of each discipline into one complete exercise program.
Unlike other fitness clubs, our studio is designed around Personal Trainers who are cross-trained in Pilates, Yoga, Post Rehab, Tissue Work and Assisted Stretching techniques. They are able to guide clients through a variety of different types of exercises depending on each client’s needs and interests, covering all of the aspects of physical health in a single fitness program.
