A typical Personal Fitness program will include cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, postural exercises, core stabilization, balance work, proprioceptive re-programming, and flexibility. All clients begin their Personal Fitness Program with a consultation to discuss their goals, needs and interests, followed by a thorough musculo-skeletal and fitness assessment. Our fitness assessment will evaluate each client's physical condition and abilities, and will be used to design a safe and effective exercise program for the client, while serving as a baseline to measure future progress.
