We design a complete fitness program around the big picture of your overall health AND your fitness goals. We do this so you get the results you want AND achieve optimal health at the same time. Life Performance is our proprietary method of functional fitness training to dramatically enhance your abilities in your life and your sport! We begin with core, hip, knee and shoulder stability, increase mobility throughout your body, teach perfect posture, emphasize fundamental movement patterns you were born with, and address all the essential components of physical health in each workout - Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Posture, Breath, Flexibility, Range of Motion, Core Stability, Balance, Elasticity & Power!  As a result of our comprehensive Life Performance approach, your body weight and shape change naturally, healing takes place, performance dramatically improves, and an overall sense of well being is achieved.

We begin each workout with dynamic movement activities to warm up and prepare the body. We then focus on core, hip and shoulder stability exercises to prevent injury and promote proper postural alignment. Strength Training, Functional Flexibility, and Cardiovascular Interval Training are then added to complete the workout. Beginners start from a supported position and gradually progress to dynamic movement patterns where every exercise becomes a total body exercise. Competitive athletes progress to even more dynamic exercises that increase power, strength and elasticity to maximize benefit for their sport.

As a result of our Life Performance Approach, we maximize time and efficiency, building upon a solid foundation of movement.  This burns more calories, strengthens muscle throughout the body, and makes our movements in life and in sport safer, efficient, free from injury, powerful and more effective.
