Classes at TCSB
Physical Focus provides a variety of group classes including Stretching, Core Conditioning, Yoga & Pilates at The Tennis Club of Santa Barbara. These classes are taught in TCSB's New Yoga & Pilates Studio, and are open to Non Members of TCSB for $15.
In addition, Physical Focus provides semi-private group training, and circuit conditioning classes in the New Fitness Area of the Tennis Club of Santa Barbara.
