Stretching & Core Conditioning Class
This stretching class will take the client through a series of individualized stretches, movements and core strengthening exercises to improve flexibility, range of motion, and body awareness. Appropriate for all levels and a perfect compliment to your fitness routine.

Strength & Cardio Circuit Class
This class will focus on both your cardiovascular and physical shape. We will incorporate functional movements, strength movements and cardiovascular exercise to fill the hour with every tool your body needs to perform at it's maximum potential. The class will be designed for the beginner and intermediate client that is looking for a motivated group of individuals to help each other accomplish their weekly workouts.
