ZUMBA CLASSES START THIS WEEK!

For those of you new to Zumba Fitness, it is a Latin inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. All ages, shapes and sizes are welcome and encouraged to attend! It's important to wear clothing that is moveable, comfortable and breathable, with supportive fitness shoes that allow you to pivot your feet easily. Any minimalist shoe such as the Nike Free or New Balance Minimus are fine, as well as a cross-training, tennis or court shoe - just avoid a serious running shoe with a high heel and little lateral support.
Melody has one tip of advice...enjoy the experience! Zumba is all about FUN FITNESS. Don't take yourself too seriously!
