Through a combination of Pilates Mat, Reformer & Trapeze Exercises, blended with Functional Strength and Core Movements, Cardio Intervals and Stretching, we'll combine the best of Pilates, Strength Training, Yoga and Interval Training to touch all the major components of health and fitness in one energizing and fun hour!
This comprehensive, small group class will be taught by Lizzie Smith, a Certified Personal Trainer and Stott Certified Pilates Instructor, and will be personalized to your unique abilities to strengthen and tone your entire body, improve posture, correct muscular imbalances, enhance sports performance and overall health and wellness!
This group class is the perfect compliment to your current workout program. If you've been considering giving Pilates a try, and love the camaraderie and support of a group, then this class is for you!
