He was an All American Collegiate Swimmer, and enjoys golf, football, woodworking and music. ZUMBA classes now enrolling new members!

So far, so great! Members are loving Melody's Zumba class. We have a steady group of 4 or 5 attending classes, and we are now enrolling new members for the fall. Participants say it is Super Fun, a Great Workout and Energizing!
For those of you new to Zumba Fitness, it is a Latin inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. All ages, shapes and sizes are welcome and encouraged to attend! It's important to wear clothing that is moveable, comfortable and breathable, with supportive fitness shoes that allow you to pivot your feet easily. Any minimalist shoe such as the Nike Free or New Balance Minimus are fine, as well as a cross-training, tennis or court shoe - just avoid a serious running shoe with a high heel and little lateral support.
