Pilates Trio Class
This one hour semi-private reformer class will be tailored and modified to your unique needs and abilities based upon your posture, core strength, any limitations you may have, and your fitness goals.
This won't be a one-size fits all, follow the leader approach. Instead, you will receive individualized instruction and specific modifications to fit your abilities and interests while safely progressing you toward your fitness goals.
Pilates is a perfect compliment to your strength training and overall fitness program - correct postural problems, increase range of motion, and improve your body awareness and overall core stability.
Sign up in advance for 10 sessions, held 2 days per week. Classes will consist of 3 participants only so that we can provide the personal attention you deserve.
Rates: $400 Prepaid for a 5 Week Package of 2 Sessions per week
Stretch & Foam Roll Class
This 1/2 hour class will guide you through a sequence of foam rolling exercises and stretches to provide a comprehensive, full body soft-tissue maintenance and flexibility program. Range of motion, elasticity and tissue density will be enhanced to reduce the risk of injury, minimize pain, promote healing and improve recovery and performance.
Many of us focus our efforts on intense training, and too often we neglect the importance of recovery. Remember, improvements don't occur without adequate rest and recovery!
Rates: $20 / class
Days/Times: Mondays & Wednesdays 7:15 - 7:45 AM
Pilates Circuit Class
Through a combination of Pilates Mat, Reformer & Trapeze Exercises, blended with Functional Strength and Core Movements, Cardio Intervals and Stretching, we'll combine the best of Pilates, Strength Training, Yoga and Interval Training to touch all the major components of health and fitness in one energizing and fun hour!
This comprehensive, small group class will be taught by Lizzie Smith, a Certified Personal Trainer and Stott Certified Pilates Instructor, and will be personalized to your unique abilities to strengthen and tone your entire body, improve posture, correct muscular imbalances, enhance sports performance and overall health and wellness!
This group class is the perfect compliment to your current workout program. If you've been considering giving Pilates a try, and love the camaraderie and support of a group, then this class is for you!
