New Yoga Asana Practice
Based on the Ashtanga yoga Primary Series as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, this class is a challenging sequence of asanas (poses) done in a specific order designed to match the movement of the body with the specific breathing patterns, creating internal heat and purifying the body.
Benefits of this practice include ease of movement, stress reduction, increased strength and stamina. While athletic in nature, this class will provide modifications appropriate for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners. If you have serious injuries, are recovering from surgery or are pregnant, please inquire about private sessions that can be developed to address your needs.

$25 / Class or $85 / 4 Classes per Month or $150 / 8 Classes per Month
