First Class is FREE!
All levels are welcome.
Class size will be limited to 5 to provide a high level of personal care.

Pilates Mat is comprised of energizing and challenging exercises performed on a MAT to build the foundation for safe and efficient movement. Pilates Mat can be a perfect compliment to your existing Personal Training or Pilates Apparatus Program or a great place to start altogether!

This isn't simply a follow-the-leader, one-size-fits-all type of class. Exercises will be modified for your specific abilities and needs. Additionally, you'll be able to perform the exercises learned in class at home or when traveling, so you'll never need to skip a workout!

Drop-in's are welcome, but we recommend that you call ahead to reserve your spot!
