Combine Regenerative Therapy & Physical Therapy to End Your Pain Forever

Are you frustrated with pain?
Have you stopped playing your sport or doing what you love to do because it hurts?
Is your doctor telling you the only answer is surgery?

If you've answered yes to any of these questions, it's time to try a comprehensive, evidence-based approach combining modern medicine with movement and physical therapy.

Our Comprehensive Treatment Program is designed to treat a wide variety of both acute and chronic musculo-skeletal and joint conditions including neck and back pain, plantar fascitis, rotator cuff injuries, degenerative and arthritic hips and knees, degenerated discs, shoulder problems and elbow pain. A big difference between our Treatment Program and inflammatory treatments such as cortisone is that our Protocol is directed at correcting the actual pathology of the disorder, resulting in a much higher probability for the chronic pain sufferer to become permanently pain free.

Pain & Inflammation
Pain is extremely complicated, with a wide variety of causes that we may not always fully understand. But what we do know is that pain and inflammation typically go hand-in-hand. Whether that inflammation is the result of trauma, overuse, poor mechanics, dysfunctional movement patterns or structural changes to a joint from arthritis, cartilage damage or narrowing of the joint spaces. Regardless of the cause, once we have inflammation, we often also have pain. And once we have pain, we modifly what we do and how we do it. We alter our movement patterns because of the pain, which can often lead to a chain reaction of compensatory mechanical problems and health conditions.

Our Treatment Program
Step 1. Eliminate pain and stop the inflammatory cycle with Regenerative Therapy with Drs. Birch NMD utilizing either Prolozone or Stem Cell Injections.

Step 2. Assess your movement mechanics with one of our Doctors of Physical Therapy to determine the cause of your injury and pain and what can be done to prevent them from coming back.

Step 3. Incorporate your P.T. prescribed preventative and rehab exercises into a Comprehensive Conditioning Program to address your total health, fitness, performance and longevity.

Common Conditions that respond well to our Treatment Protocol
Plantar fascitis, neck pain, whiplash, degenerated or herniated discs, low back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendon tears, TMJ syndrome, sciatica, heel spurs, neuromas, tennis elbow, rotator cuff tears, a wide range of knee injuries, and many other sports injuries.

Because Regenerative Therapy has been shown to not only eliminate pain and inflammation but to also promote tissue and cartilage regeneration, treatments are often effective in minimizing pain for those suffering from chronic arthritic conditions of the hips, shoulders and knees. And when treatment is combined with Physical Therapy and Conditioning Exercises designed to fix the contributing biomechanical issues and movement pattern dysfunctions, the Treatment is often highly successful in providing permanent relief.

Several of our staff and clients have already given our Treatment Plan a try and have had much success. If you suffer from joint or muscle pain, have been struggling to find a way out of the pain, or have been told that surgery is the only answer - it's time to combine Regenerative Therapy with Exercise and Physical Therapy.
