A key component of Physical Focus Vitality is nourishing your body with a balanced diet comprised of whole, natural foods and based on proven science, not a fad diet. Eating well can often be one of the more difficult obstacles in the path to Vitality.

In an ideal world, we'd have the time, resources and energy to prepare healthy meals, and we'd take the time to relax and eat regularly throughout the day. But unfortunately, that isn't the reality most of us live in. We often eat on the run, while rushing from one activity to the next; or we need a light snack before a workout, or a quick recovery snack following an activity or sport.

Although we believe that whole, natural foods should make up most of our eating, we support supplementation with nutrition bars before or after workouts or when time simply prevents sitting down and eating a meal. But not all nutrition bars are actually healthy. Most of the bars found at supermarkets are made with cheap ingredients and are filled with sugars.

Greg Zuffelato, Physical Focus Certified Personal Trainer & Nutritional Consultant, and Creator of the Nationally Recognized Nutritional Program - Too Busy To Eat, has custom-made a variety of Protein and Superfood Bars that are healthy and based on whole foods.
