YOGA CLASS - Mondays 5:30 - 6:30 PM -Small class with personal attention and modifications made for injury and different abilities. This class incorporates a wide variety of stretches to improve your flexibility & balance and increase your overall range of motion. All fitness levels are welcome. $25 per class or $85 per month paid up front.
PILATES MAT CLASS - Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:00 PM - Our semi-private class is appropriate for all levels of fitness. Work on core strength, range of motion and balance. $25 per class or $85 per month paid up front.
ACUPUNCTURE: Acupuncture and other methods of Chinese Medicine are used to enhance the healing process and for the treatment of a variety of issues, including recovery from injury, chronic neck and back pain, headaches, jaw tightness, sleeping disorders, and allergies. GYROTONIC: Gyrotonic exercises are performed on a specialized piece of equipment, and employ movements similar to those found in swimming, yoga, gymnastics, and tai chi. The Gyrotonic Expansion System is designed to improve flexibility, coordination, joint mobility, balance and muscle strength.
This system is widely used by dancers, athletes and in physical therapy/rehabilitation clinics, but is beneficial for all ages and abilities. Exercisers often compare Gyrotonic's movements of simultaneously stretching and strengthening to those in Pilates.
