Group Class - Total Body Fitness on Monday Wednesday & Friday 10-11 AM

We have a few openings in our Total Body Fitness and Recovery Classes held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in our newly remodeled Upstairs Fitness Studio.

Our Upstairs Fitness Studio has been specifically designed to accommodate group training and now features new flooring & lighting, lots of open floor space, and a variety of training tools including:

- Bodyweight Trainers
- Resistance Bands
- Free Weights
- Kettlebells
- Medicine Balls
- Physio Balls
- Foam Rollers
- Yoga Therapy Balls
- Keiser Functional Trainers
- Qube fitness blocks
- Cardio Equipment on the Deck

Our classes provide the motivation, camaraderie and support of a group sharing common goals and interests. Group energy also help us accomplish more than we could ever do alone! This weekly class covers all the essential components of fitness - movement, strength, recovery, core stability, flexibility and mobility.

Time:
All classes are held upstairs Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 - 11 AM.

Friday - Recovery combining soft tissue massage with Stretching and Yoga Exercises

Rates:
Members - $20
Non-members - $25
