The atmosphere on the first floor is more dynamic and energized, and most of what we do are functional movement patterns utilizing body weight, free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls and adjustable cable columns as resistance. We have 3 LifeFitness Dual Adjustable Pulleys, 1 Olympic Squat/Bench Press Rack, 3 TRX Units, 1 Dual Lat Pull/Seated Row, 1 Single Adjustable Pulley, 3 Sets of Dumbbells from 2-90lbs, Kettlebells from 8lb to 45lb, and a wide variety of Medicine Balls.
