The Authentic Movement Project is a program that is a culmination of over 20 years of experience working with clients of all ages, injuries, and fitness levels. The goal of AMP is to give everyone their body back. No longer will exercise be something that is neglected due to fear of past injury or present pain or misdirection.

- How to feel what controls your movement
- How your body should (and can) move to keep you feeling youthful
- How to get your own body out of pain.
Who is AMP for?
The Authentic Movement Project is for anyone who does not have the ability (for whatever reason) to work directly with Kasper, the founder of Physical Focus and AMP . AMP is as close to the in person 1 on 1 attention you would receive from Kasper. Kasper AMP training can be done regardless of where you live and regardless of your budget. AMP's step by step and fully instructional videos plus it's progression oriented programming will give you all the tools you need to get the results you desire regardless of your experience and fitness level.
