Somatic Release Breathwork is a powerful self-inquiry tool that takes you out of your critical thinking mind and into your body (your "soma"). By tuning inward through the power of breath, you can release unconscious stress and stagnant energy that is keeping you stuck and preventing you from showing up in the world as your highest and most authentic self.

Somatic Release Breathwork, employs 60 minutes of accelerated, circular breathing paired with rhythmic music to produce a cathartic emotional release. Deep breathing helps you access higher consciousness while simultaneously engages the bodies' innate healing ability.
