Injury free & better than ever

As a surfer, swimmer, drummer, skier and ex-lacrosse player with a modicum of athletic ability, my mantra has always been to simply work harder. However, I've had more than my fair share of musculoskeletal injuries. As a Dad, I realized that to keep up with my teenage boys, I needed to stay healthy. I put forth the effort, but some of my most severe injuries over the years actually took place during sessions with a Trainer. My luck changed when I was referred to Physical Focus. Their team of Trainers possess natural teaching abilities, an absolutely superb fund of knowledge, and are fully engaged/meticulous: even the slightest compromise of form is immediately corrected. As a result, I am learning proper functional movement patterns of knees, hips, back and shoulders - all areas I've previously injured. I am injury free, and my range of motion and strength have significantly improved. As a physician who has been a gym rat for 40 years, I recommend Physical Focus in the strongest terms possible. My only regret is that it took me this long to find them.
